MANDY PAVLAKOS, ESQ.

From the very beginning of her academic journey at the University of Central Florida, Mandy Pavlakos demonstrated a deep-rooted commitment to standing up for those who needed it most. Even as an undergraduate, she was drawn to the ideals of equity, fairness, and advocacy. These values would come to define her life and legal career. That calling led her to pursue a law degree at Florida A&M University College of Law, where she knew early on that her mission would be to serve not the powerful, but the people.

In 2006, shortly after graduating, Mandy opened the doors to the Law Office of Mandy Pavlakos, P.A. in Central Florida. For nearly two decades, the firm became known as a fierce defender of homeowners facing foreclosure. During this time Attorney Pavlakos helped hundreds of families keep their homes by fighting unjust foreclosures and negotiating fairer loan terms. NINA AVILE

I have over 16 years of experience working alongside Attorney Pavlakos in a wide range of legal matters, including loan modifications, short sales, foreclosure proceedings, and the coordination of mediations, conciliations, depositions, and hearings. I also assist with negotiating settlements involving HOAs, credit card companies, and other lienholders. Originally from Venezuela, I am bilingual with working proficiency in Portuguese. It is an honor to support our Spanish-speaking clients by ensuring clear communication and providing reassurance that language is never a barrier at our firm. I take pride in delivering attentive, professional support as part of a team dedicated to serving our clients’ best interests.

TIFFANY SQUIRES

Born and raised in Central Florida, I now call the charming town of Mt. Dora home. My first job was at Walt Disney World, where I learned the magic of exceptional customer service—a value I carry to this day. After earning a B.S. in Communication from Florida Southern College and later an A.S. in Paralegal Studies, I joined the Law Office of Mandy Pavlakos, P.A. in 2012. I help tackle civil litigation, estate planning, and foreclosure cases. When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring SeaWorld with my husband and kids, cycling, or curled up with a good book—usually with my Bulldog, Biggin, by my side!

Originally from Florida, I bring over a decade of experience in customer service, having developed strong communication and problem-solving skills since the age of 16. Driven by a passion for helping others, I transitioned into the legal field and earned an Associate degree in Legal Studies. Since joining the Law Office of Mandy Pavlakos, P.A. in 2023, I have had the privilege of assisting with a wide range of matters, including estate planning, probate, foreclosure, and civil litigation cases. I am committed to providing attentive, detail-oriented support and contributing to effective legal solutions for clients.
